Mix the minced chicken with the egg yolks, spices and place it covered in the refrigerator. Stir fry the buffalo's in the olive oil and drain on a paper towel. Mix the cooled buffalo's with the flavored chicken mince. Make mini balls of about 20 grams and fry them in the fryer until they turn brown.
