Mini Meatballs with Buffalo's
A delicious healthy snack as finger food during a cocktail party or simply in between meals is now within reach with this recipe for mini meatballs made with buffalo's! With this new recipe you can present your guests a delicious appetizer, which is also packed with healthy nutrients like protein, iron, and healthy fatty acids. Mix the minced chicken with the egg yolks, spices and place it covered in the refrigerator. Stir fry the buffalo's in the olive oil and drain on a paper towel. Mix the cooled buffalo's with the flavored chicken mince. Make mini balls of about 20 grams and fry them in the fryer until they turn brown. When the balls are cooked, you can let them cook in the oven.


  • 500 grams of minced chicken
  • 100 grams of fresh garden herbs (chervil, parsley)
  • Minced meat herbs
  • Breadcrumbs
  • 3 egg yolks
  • Pepper & salt
  • 30 grams of dried buffalo's
  • teaspoon of olive oil
